Tamara Johnson: A Crucial Career Step is a case study by Chantale Mailhot and Anne Mesny.
The case tells the story of Tamara Johnson, a manager in the « health » division of a large multinational company, one of the world’s first manufacturers, distributors and service providers in the field of medical equipment. She joined the company in 2002 as director of customer service, and was promoted, in 2005, to the position of director of distribution. This post represented a crucial stage in her career.
