Teaching objectives
This case enables students to:
- Demonstrate their capacity to conduct a comprehensive case analysis based on at least one diagnostic, on the identification/formulation of a problem and on an in-depth analysis (theoretical and practical) of the issues and dynamics of the situation, which should lead to the identification of general lessons for managerial practice
- Draw on theoretical knowledge to support their positions and to explain and justify each step of their analysis
- Put forward their ideas on how the contemporary management practices exposed in the case are different from more traditional management practices
- Engage in a personal reflection on their general management and project management skills (strengths and weaknesses)
