About us

"Distribute courses, software, training packages, applications and other digital products developed in the context of academic research"

In addition to teaching, doing research and publishing, many researchers are also developing products to change practices. We help these researchers—as well as universities, colleges and research centres—to disseminate courses, software, training packages, applications and other digital products designed within the scope of public research.

Founded in June 2012 in Montreal, eValorix was an initiative from Univalor, the entity which was responsible for commercializing of innovations from Université de Montréal and its affiliated health centers, Polytechnique Montréal and HEC Montréal. The creation of eValorix was made possible through the support of the l’Institut de gériatrie de Montréal and HEC Montréal. In July 2020, eValorix became eduZone, an NPO led by HEC Montreal and Polytechnique Montreal, with an expanded mission.

Our MISSION is to make the innovations from education and research institutions accessible through the dissemination and mobilization of knowledge, so as to optimize the social impact of these innovations.

Our AMBITIONS are to:

  • Support the missions of our teaching and research institutions and increase their visibility.
  • Provide high-level training content that meets the training needs of citizens, graduates and professionals from a lifelong learning perspective.
  • Ensure a strong presence in the scientific community or within disciplinary and professional communities.
  • Strengthen the international aid mission by ensuring the widest possible dissemination of knowledge and expertise, particularly in the Francophonie.
